Today's science lab question: Which electrode combination will produce the highest amount of electricity? With the help of guest scientist from Vernier Software, biologist Mike Collins, 4th graders tested different conductive metals in a lemon battery, using a Labquest interface to measure the voltage of different electrode combinations. What an exciting and challenging day in science!

Winter Art

Students Vote
On November 8th, Creston students had the opportunity to vote for Student Council representatives. This gave us the opportunity to talk about voting rights and responsibilities. Despite all of the conflict surrounding the time since the election, 4th graders were proud and excited to have a voice in student leadership. It was amazing to watch!
